About Eliza

I am an Artist/Storyteller who adores celebrating pets by illustrating them dressed up as their alter egos. Ranging from greeting cards to elaborate custom pieces, I delight in working with private clients and organizations to create quirky animal illustrations that tell a relatable story.

As a dedicated animal advocate, I also love working with organizations such as PAWS Chicago, Grassroots Animal Rescue, Canine Companions for Independence, and HeARTSpeak to help animals in need find their forever homes. Be sure to check out my Project Adopt Me! series, where I happily donate $1 of every card purchase to local Chicago shelters.

I earned my MFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, where I continues to teach Visual Communications and Design. Fond of allegory, vintage fashion, and the color turquoise, I can be found peeping in the windows of pet shelters and begging her husband to let her bring just one more dog home.
